CASEY MAXWELL CLAIR has many years of experience speaking to groups, large and small, as well as handling press interviews for various network projects throughout her career. In addition, Casey has always made herself available to schools and community organizations when asked to speak to young teens about how best to deal with the reality of a teen pregnancy as well as the challenges of finding ways to stay in school in the 
face of difficult odds. Even though Casey’s own personal story 
has a happy ending, hers is a cautionary tale nonetheless. One 
of Casey’s goals is to reach and positively affect others. Nobody should have to go through what Casey went through to finally arrive at that happy ending. When Casey tells her story to an audience, as in the book, she presents the lessons with a style 
and humor that’s powerful and easy to digest.
